American Girl History: Molly 1944 is a 4 week study to learn what is was like on the home front and the war front during WWII. You will learn about the major events of the war and its important leaders, as well as how women and children carried on at home.
Included is a weekly guide through literature, hands on activities, a narration notebook, recipes, crafts, and maps. It is simple, fun, and relatable for children ages 5-10 to learn history through other children and their families like Molly.
Some historical topics or people covered in this guide include: WWII leaders, Pearl Harbor, Invasion of Normandy, Rosie Riveter, Anne Frank, the Holocaust, and the American Red Cross.
A book list, supply list, weekly guides, recipes, and activity instructions (with photos) are all included.
